Day 01 of South India Tour: Mangalore Airport to Coorg

Meet our representative on arrival at Mangalore Airport and drive to Coorg. On arrival check into the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 of South India Tour: Coorg

After Breakfast, straightaway proceeds to visit Abbey falls-Tucked away between private coffee and spice estates, Abbey Falls offers a splendid backdrop for picnics. Omkareshwara Temple-Just a stone’s throw away from the Madikeri Fort is the Omakareshwara Temple, built-in 1820 and featuring a blend of red-tile roofed Kerela architecture and Islamic-style domes. Further At 6.30 PM visit Raja Seat-Raja Seat is an enchanting picnic spot with a swathing in nature’s lap at Madikeri in Coorg. A visitor to this spot is sure to enjoy the marvelous sight of Sunset and gorgeous valley and mountain ranges.  The musical fountain has been attracting a large number of visitors to the garden. Return to hotel and overnight at hotel.

Day 03 of South India Tour: Coorg

Breakfast and proceed for full day sightseeing, Dubare elephant camp offer the 3 hour experience with Elephants consisting of elephant Grooming, feeding, Elephant Ride & Coracle Ride later visit Nisargadhama, Cauvery Island, is an island formed by river Cauvery and is used as a picnic spot island, with lush foliage of thick bamboo groves, sandalwood and teak trees and surrounded by the Cauvery river. The island is accessible through a hanging rope bridge. It has a deer park, orchidarium, and elephant and boat rides. Visitors are allowed to get into the water at a few shallow and safe points along the river.

Further Lunch at Kushalnagar and visit Bylakuppe – largest Tibetan settlement in South India. A beautiful Monastery with three large and imposing Golden Buddha statues and in a serene setting beckons you. The temple has 62 feet Buddha statues covered with gold plates is a wonderful sight anytime. Later, return to the hotel and overnight at hotel.

Day 04 of South India Tour: Coorg to Wayanad

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Wayanad, on arrival check into the hotel. Spend the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Wayanad

After breakfast straightaway proceeds for local sightseeing of Wayanad. Set at an altitude of 700 – 2100 m above sea level, Wayanad is one of the districts in Kerala that has been able to retain its pristine nature. The fast – flowing rivers – Panamaram, Mananthavady, and Kabini add to the beauty of this region. Sightseeing attractions in Wayanad include Pookoda Lake, Lakkadi, Kuruva Island and Edakkal Cave. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 06: Wayanad to Ooty

After breakfast check – out from hotel and drive to Ooty (130 km/ 3 hrs) – the “Queen of Hill Stations” nestled in the Nilgiri range and popularity known as Ooty, A Britisher Mr. John Sullivan discovered Ooty in 1821; the sheer grandeur of this romantic city is enough to drain anyone out. Later Arrive and transfer to hotel and rest of the day. Overnight at Ooty.

 Day 07: Ooty

Morning proceeds for a half-day tour of the Botanical Gardens and the Museum with the numerous varieties of ornamental trees and plants is an attraction for all tourists. One can see the best profiles of nature, each embedded with a distinctive grandeur. It’s the majestic waterfalls, never-ending forests and beautiful tea gardens, lush green meadows, placid lake, manicured golf courses that are really spellbinding and the Nilgiri Mountain Railway in Ooty, an extension to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Darjeeling Himalayan Railway is a must, those who visit Ooty. Overnight stay hotel.

Day 07: Ooty – Bangalore

After breakfast check – out from hotel and drive to Bangalore Airport / Railway in time to connect your departure flight.
