BOOKING POLICY

• Pay 20000/-* advance per person to book your tour.
• Balance amount to be paid 21 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
• Booking payment should be done through NEFT/RTGS or with Cash & Cheque favoring “Creative enterprises”
• In case you pay by cash, ensure that the payment done to creative head office & receipt collected. (PAN / AADHAR CARD should be provided)

REQUIREMENT

• Indian passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel, minimum 2 blank pages and 5 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 10000/*- per person is NON REFUNDABLE.
• 50 % of the tour cost if cancelled between 20 to 30 days before departure.
• NO REFUND if cancelled within 20 days of departure.
• Date Change Penalty Rs. 5000/- per person PLUS fare difference if any. For changes made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply.

Terms and condition.

• No of days is inclusive of travel days.
• Price, flight schedule, hotel and itinerary subject to change without prior notice.
• The package rate arrived on the basis of prevailing airfare, taxes, visa charges & foreign exchange etc, so in case any variation takes places in this items the difference of rate will be applicable.
• “Creative” reserves the right to cancel or differ the schedule of departures in case of any contingency arises which is beyond the control
